You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and recovery information. You agree to provide accurate information during registration. SameBatch reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Anonymous Participation

Each batch participation generates a unique anonymous research identity. Your username is never exposed to other participants. You agree not to attempt to de-anonymize other participants.

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed in cryptocurrency. SameBatch manages centralized escrow for all batch transactions. If a batch fails to reach its participation threshold by the deadline, committed funds will be refunded. Refund timelines depend on network conditions.

6. Research Disclaimer

All peptides accessible through SameBatch are sold exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research. By participating, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher and that all materials will be used in compliance with applicable local laws and regulations.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Misrepresenting your identity or research qualifications
  • Attempting to manipulate batch participation counts
  • Harassing other participants in batch chat
  • Using the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate research
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or exploit Platform systems

8. Limitation of Liability

SameBatch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to research outcomes, shipping delays, or third-party lab quality.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
