Multi-peptide repair blend

GLOW

Three-peptide repair blend - GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500

GLOW is the name the research community uses for a pre-blended vial combining GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500. The standard preparation is 50mg GHK-Cu with 10mg each of the other two, for 70mg total.

It is not a distinct molecule. It is three separate peptides supplied in one vial, which means everything published about GLOW is really published about its components - there is no clinical trial of the combination itself.

Composition

Mechanism

Three pathways, one vial

GHK-Cu contributes copper-dependent matrix remodelling and collagen signalling; BPC-157 contributes angiogenic and tissue-repair signalling; TB-500 contributes actin regulation and cell migration. The rationale is complementarity rather than a shared mechanism.

Where the name comes from

The 'glow' framing comes from GHK-Cu's role in skin and collagen biology and is a large part of why the blend spread through cosmetic and recovery communities rather than research literature.

Why it is the smaller pair that varies

GHK-Cu has to be present in large mass to match how it is studied. The 50/10/10 split is not an equal-parts blend, and suppliers vary the ratio.

Research status

No human trial has studied GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500 as a fixed combination. Evidence for each component sits at a different stage - GHK-Cu mostly in-vitro and topical, BPC-157 largely rodent, TB-500's parent protein in Phase 2 wound trials. Component evidence is not combination evidence, and the blend is also constrained by a fixed ratio that cannot match the different schedules each peptide is studied on.

Verifying a batch

  • 01Blends are the highest-risk category to buy blind - one certificate has to account for three compounds, and partial assays are common.
  • 02Ask for per-component identification, not a single purity figure that could describe only the majority component.
  • 03Because GHK-Cu is 71% of the mass in a 50/10/10 vial, a ratio error in the minor components is easy to miss.

Questions

What is in a GLOW peptide blend?+

GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500. A common ratio is 50mg GHK-Cu with 10mg each of BPC-157 and TB-500, giving 70mg total, but ratios vary by supplier.

Is GLOW the same as KLOW?+

No. KLOW is the same three peptides plus KPV, usually 80mg total. KLOW is broader, not stronger - the difference is one additional anti-inflammatory component.

Is GLOW the same as the Wolverine stack?+

No. Wolverine is BPC-157 plus TB-500. GLOW is that pair with GHK-Cu added, so the three nest rather than compete.

Can I buy the components separately instead?+

Yes, and many researchers do - it allows independent testing and independent ratios. The blended vial is a convenience trade-off against that flexibility.
