Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about using SameBatch for research peptide batches.

What is SameBatch?

SameBatch is a platform that coordinates group access to research peptide batches. Multiple researchers join a batch to collectively reach the minimum order threshold, unlocking access at competitive pricing.

Are these peptides for human use?

No. All peptides coordinated through SameBatch are strictly for in-vitro laboratory research purposes. They are not intended for human consumption, therapeutic use, or self-administration.

How is my identity protected?

SameBatch generates a unique anonymous research identity for each batch you join. Your username is never visible to other participants. There is no cross-batch identity linking.

What payment methods are accepted?

SameBatch accepts cryptocurrency payments. When you join a batch, you select a supported crypto currency and complete payment through our secure payment flow.

What happens if a batch doesn't fill?

If a batch fails to reach its participation threshold by the deadline, all committed funds are automatically refunded. No batch goes unfulfilled — they are either completed or refunded.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Timelines depend on network conditions but typically complete within a few business days.

Can I join multiple batches?

Yes. You can participate in as many open batches as you like. Each batch generates its own anonymous identity for you.

How do I track my shipment?

Once your batch is fulfilled, tracking codes are uploaded by the lab and made available on your batch participation page. You can view your tracking information directly on the platform.

What is the batch chat?

Each unlocked batch has a private anonymous chat channel where participants can discuss research observations, share results, and coordinate. Only verified participants can access the chat.

How do I recover my account?

During registration, you select a recovery question and provide an answer. To recover your account, you answer the same question. Keep your recovery answer secure.
